This project marked a real shift in my role, stepping beyond styling into a much broader, hands-on involvement across the entire shoot. Brought on by Ahoy to support the rebrand of this heritage outdoor living brand, my role naturally evolved into overseeing much of the production alongside the styling.

Working closely with a small, hardworking team, I was involved from the early stages — from speaking with location agencies and attending recces, through to set design, model selection, wardrobe, scheduling and prop sourcing. It was a very collaborative process, but one where I took on a large amount of responsibility to help bring everything together.

We shot a wide range of garden structures across two days, capturing both stills and video, with and without talent. It required a lot of organisation, flexibility and quick decision-making to keep everything moving and make the most of the time we had.

I put a huge amount into this project and am really proud of what we created — a warm, aspirational body of work that helped reposition the brand in a more modern, lifestyle-led space while still honouring its heritage.
